The annual Design With Nature (DWN) Conference attracts environmentally active enthusiasts from amateur gardeners to professional landscapers and educators. It is a great place to meet potential customers, clients, supporters and volunteers. This year's program provides several opportunities throughout the day for attendees to spend time with exhibitors. Guests will take home an Exhibitor Guide with your listing to keep for future reference.
Our conference speakers will address interesting and timely topics and we expect to draw a good crowd. Keynote speaker Jared Rosenbaum, a field botanist, native plant grower, and restoration practitioner, will discuss integrating native edible and medicinal plants into restorations to create native plant communities that support humans as well as wildlife. Our other speakers will also speak to connections and community, including how the power of community groups can lead to successful restoration projects. We’re returning to the venue we’ve used for the past two years, conveniently located in the heart of the Twin Cities. The James B. Woulfe Alumni Hall in Anderson Student Center on the St. Paul Campus of the University of St. Thomas is a state-of-the-art conference hall with a brand new sound system. Woulfe Alumni Hall is an attractive space featuring floor to ceiling north facing windows. All the presentations and the Exhibitor Showroom will be held in the Hall, giving attendees easy access to the Exhibitors. There is a bright and open reception area outside of Woulfe Alumni Hall which will be used for registration and the lunch buffet. The layout functions well for both exhibitors and attendees.
Exhibiting at the Conference is by invitation only. Qualifying businesses and organizations must provide services that are directly or closely related to the Wild Ones mission to restore, preserve and protect native plant habitat.

Non-profit organizations may be eligible for complimentary exhibitor space as a Conference Partner. Partners are non-profit organizations with mission statements that align with Wild Ones and help with production and/or promotion of the Design With Nature Conference. Early-bird registration: Register by Wednesday, January 24, 2018 and save $20!
Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by January 24, 2018 to qualify as an early-bird registration.
Exhibitor registration closes at midnight on Saturday, February 3, 2018.
Exhibitors must receive an email invitation to access online or mail-in registration forms. Contact the Exhibitor Chair for more information.

Option 1 | SMALL TABLETOP EXHIBIT & ADMISSION FOR ONE ATTENDEE
Includes: 30" round table and one chair along with admission for one person to all presentations, refreshment breaks and lunch. A tablecloth is provided. This option is limited to tabletop display only, no freestanding banners or displays are allowed.
Early-bird prices: $95 Wild Ones Member | $110 Non-Member
After January 24: $115 Wild Ones Member | $130 Non-Member
Option 2 | REGULAR TABLE EXHIBIT SPACE & ADMISSION FOR ONE ATTENDEE
Includes: 8' wide by 6' deep exhibit space with one chair, and a choice of either a 6'x30" rectangular table or a 30" round table. Includes admission for one person to all presentations, refreshment breaks and lunch. A tablecloth is provided.
Early-bird prices: $135 Wild Ones Member | $150 Non-Member
After January 24: $155 Wild Ones Member | $170 Non-Member
Option 3 | CONFERENCE SPONSOR

A sponsorship offers you the highest visibility to over 25,000 individuals through our mailing and connections with like-minded organizations of native plants and natural landscaping. Exhibitor registration includes conference admission for only one person. If additional people from your organization will be attending, they need to be registered individually as attendees by Wednesday February 7, 2018.
Information on the logistics of set-up and parking will be available at a later date.
About Wild Ones Membership
Member rate applies only to employees of business members or to attendees who have individual memberships. Business, Professional and Affiliate membership in Wild Ones has many benefits, including being listed on Wild Ones’ national website and in the National Directory published in The Wild Ones Journal. For convenience, Wild Ones memberships can be purchased on the Exhibitor Registration form.

If so, please contact the Silent Auction Chair, with a 10 word or less description, a value, and a minimum bid (optional). Items are to be brought to the conference ASAP after registration tables open so that they can be paired with their bid sheet and put on display. Thank you!
