CONFERENCE OVERVIEW FOR EXHIBITORS
DESIGN WITH NATURE CONFERENCE
FEBRUARY 16, 2019, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
James B. Woulfe Alumni Hall in Anderson Student Center
University of St. Thomas, St. Paul Campus
The annual Design With Nature Conference attracts environmentally active enthusiasts from amateur gardeners to professional landscapers and educators. It is a great place to meet potential customers, clients, supporters and volunteers who have an interest in native plants.
Our theme this year, Healing and Restoring our Relationship with Nature will be addressed by Landscape Designer Larry Weaner, Professor Robin Wall Kimmerer, and Botanist and Restoration Ecologist Michael Lynch. We expect these highly regarded speakers to draw a sell-out crowd to the conference. Check the Speakers page for more information on the speakers and their topics.
We’re returning to the venue we’ve used for several years, which is located in the heart of the Twin Cities -- the James B. Woulfe Alumni Hall in Anderson Student Center on the St. Paul Campus of the University of St. Thomas. A state-of-the-art conference hall, Woulfe features floor to ceiling north facing windows. It has a bright and open reception area outside of Woulfe Alumni Hall which will be used for registration and the lunch buffet. All of the presentations and the Exhibitor Showroom will be held in the Hall, giving attendees easy access to the Exhibitors.
The program will provide for several opportunities throughout the day for attendees to spend time with exhibitors. Please see the Program Schedule page for more information. All exhibiting businesses and organizations will be listed in our Exhibitor Guide (coming soon), and will be featured in a slide displayed during our rotating slide show.
Exhibiting at the Conference is by invitation only. Qualifying businesses and organizations must provide services that are directly or closely related to the Wild Ones mission to restore, preserve and protect native plant habitat.
Exhibitors will receive an email invitation that will allow access to online or mail-in registration forms.
If you have not received an email invitation to register, or would like more information about being a conference exhibitor, please contact our Exhibitor Chair:
